PART A: TERMS OF SALE
This document provides you with information about us, and the legal Terms & Conditions by which we sell the products listed on our website. Please read this document carefully, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions before placing an order with us. If you refuse to accept these Terms & Conditions you will not be able to order any products from this website.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time, therefore, you are advised to review this document on a regular basis as you will be deemed to have accepted any variation by continuing to use this website.

2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You must be 18 years of age to purchase products from this website.
2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by REBOP ENGINEERING.
2.3 Before submitting your order, please check that the information you have provided is error free. Corrections can be made at each stage of the ordering process.
2.4 Once we have received your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the product(s) you have ordered. Please note, this is an automated response and is not an acceptance of your order.
2.5 Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you, the customer, and REBOP ENGINEERING will take place at the time we dispatch your order. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
3. UK DELIVERY
3.1 Stock items will be dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of order.
3.2 Effects pedal orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Royal Mail will aim to deliver the next working day, however, they offer no guarantee that delivery times will be met. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey may take up to 72hrs.
3.3 We cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order once it is the hands of our courier. We will not be liable to any party for items delivered outside the estimated delivery time.
3.4 All shipping costs will be confirmed at the checkout stage.
3.5 We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if a consignment is returned to us due to a refusal of delivery at your address.
4. EU DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery charges for EU customers will be automatically calculated at the checkout stage. For a delivery quote, simply add the item(s) to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout stage and enter your billing and delivery address, the shipping charge will be shown in the Order Review table.
4.2 If your country is not listed, please CONTACT us for a shipping quotation.
4.3 EU orders for effects pedals will be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked service. Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 3-5 days, however, they offer no guarantee that delivery times will be met.
4.4 Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges once it has arrived in your country. These fees normally constitute local VAT and Customs Duty. We strongly recommend that you establish the approximate cost of these import charges before placing your order.
4.5 Once your parcel has arrived in your country, our courier will contact you in order to arrange payment of all import fees. Please note that our courier may charge a handling fee for this service. Payment of all fees is the responsibility of the customer and must be completed before your order can be delivered. Refusal or a delay in paying these fees may result in an extended delivery time or your order being returned to us.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 We currently accept the following methods of online payment: Amex, Diners Club, Discover, EnRoute, JCB, Mastercard, Union Pay, VISA and PayPal.
5.2 All credit and debit card processing is handled securely by PayPal and is end-to-end encrypted, we do not see your card details at any time.
5.3 Orders to a delivery address other than the card holder’s billing address can only be processed if the customer’s card has 3D Authentication such as Visa Secure or Mastercard SecureCode. We reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholder’s billing address.
5.4 Orders purchased via PayPal can only be dispatched to an address other than the billing address if the delivery address has been registered with PayPal prior to the order being placed.
5. DAMAGED GOODS
5.1 Any damage to goods incurred during transit must be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery. Photographic evidence will be required to support any claim for suspected transit damage. In the event of a valid claim, we will collect the goods from you and offer either a replacement or, if the goods are no longer in stock, a full refund.
5.2 Please note, we cannot be held responsible for transit damage if it is reported later than 48hrs after delivery.

6.1 If you change your mind about your purchase, you may cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched. Please use the website CONTACT page to advise us of your decision, we will then process a full refund.
6.2 If you have already taken delivery of your order, you may return the goods to us for a full refund – less the outgoing delivery charge. We must receive confirmation of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of taking delivery.
6.3 The goods must be returned to us in their original condition at your expense and within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel your order. If the goods are not returned to us within this period, we shall assume you have withdrawn your request to cancel your order.
6.4 To return your order, please use the website CONTACT page to advise us of your decision. Once we have received your returns request, we will issue you with an RA (Returns Authorisation) number and shipping instructions. Products that are returned without an RA number may be rejected and returned to you.
6.5 Returned goods must be in their original condition and complete with all supplied accessories and packaging . We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee where the goods are found to be damaged or devalued in any way. Goods that are badly damaged may be refused.
6.6 Refunds will be processed by the same method used for payment and normally within 5-7 days of us receiving your return, but please allow up to 14 days for the funds to reach your bank account.

8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
8.2 If any provision of this legal notice is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of this legal notice shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3 As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will affect these legal rights.
8.4 In keeping with our policy of continuous development, we reserve the right to alter product specifications and appearance without prior notice.
PART B: TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

REBOP amplifiers and effects pedals are guaranteed to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Valves and loudspeakers are guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days.
Defective products that qualify under this warranty will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer’s discretion, with a like or comparable product at no cost to the original purchaser.
This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
1. EXCLUSIONS
1.1 This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, modification, incorrect voltage application or if the product has been repaired or serviced by persons not authorised by the manufacturer. REBOP ENGINEERING retain the exclusive right to make such determination on the basis of factory inspection.
1.2 Loss, theft or damage during transit are not covered by this warranty.
2. LIMITS OF LIABILITY
2.1 REBOP ENGINEERING disclaims any other warranties either expressed or implied.
2.2 If we are unable to repair the defective product, we reserve the right to provide a replacement which may or may not be a reconditioned unit. In the event of a replacement, we shall be entitled to ownership of the defective product.
2.3 The repair or replacement of a product under this warranty will not extend the warranty period.
2.4 If we are unable to verify the warranty start date or duplicate the fault, we may charge for service time and return costs.
2.5 We reserve the right to update any product returned for repair.
2.6 REBOP ENGINEERING assumes no liabilty, loss or damage, direct or consequential, that may result from the use of or the inability to use our products.
3. WARRANTY START DATE
3.1 This warranty becomes active on the date of purchase.

4.1 To initiate your warranty claim, please complete the WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST form. Once we have received your service request, we will issue you with an RA (Returns Authorisation) number and shipping instructions. Products that are returned without an RA number may be rejected and returned to you.
4.2 Please note, it is your responsibility to ship the product, at your expense, to our service facility. Once repairs are complete, your product will be returned to you without charge.
4.3 To obtain Warranty Service, proof of ownership may be required in the form of a purchase receipt.
