TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
REBOP amplifiers and effects pedals are guaranteed to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Valves and loudspeakers are guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days.
Defective products that qualify under this warranty will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer’s discretion, with a like or comparable product at no cost to the original purchaser.
This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
1. EXCLUSIONS
1.1 This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, modification, incorrect voltage application or if the product has been repaired or serviced by persons not authorised by the manufacturer. REBOP ENGINEERING retain the exclusive right to make such determination on the basis of factory inspection.
1.2 Loss, theft or damage during transit are not covered by this warranty.
2. LIMITS OF LIABILITY
2.1 REBOP ENGINEERING disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied.
2.2 If we are unable to repair the defective product, we reserve the right to provide a replacement, which may or may not be a reconditioned unit. In the event of a replacement, we shall be entitled to ownership of the defective product.
2.3 The repair or replacement of a product under this warranty will not extend the warranty period.
2.4 If we are unable to verify the warranty start date or duplicate the fault, we may charge for service time and return costs.
2.5 We reserve the right to update any product returned for repair.
2.6 REBOP ENGINEERING assumes no liability, loss or damage, direct or consequential, that may result from the use of or the inability to use our products.
3. WARRANTY START DATE
3.1 This warranty becomes active on the date of purchase.

4.1 To initiate your warranty claim, please complete the WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST form. Once we have received your service request, we will issue you with an RA (Returns Authorisation) number and shipping instructions. Products that are returned without an RA number may be rejected and returned to you.
4.2 Please note, it is your responsibility to ship the product, at your expense, to our service facility. Once repairs are complete, your product will be returned to you without charge.
4.3 To obtain Warranty Service, proof of ownership may be required in the form of a purchase receipt.
